Lead Team Member

Location: 18501 Interstate 35 W, Northlake, Texas 76262 – Full‑time, flexible shift availability (days, evenings, overnights, weekends).

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑paced, fun environment. In this position you will greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, support our food program, and gain entry‑level management experience by regularly leading shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register, handle cash, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the store’s food program as needed.
• Lead shifts on a regular basis, supervising entry‑level employees.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance, both inside and out.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
• Generate ideas to solve problems and offer quick suggestions.

Requirements

• Retail and customer‑service experience.
• Entry‑level management or shift‑lead experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and having fun while meeting goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of up to 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder use.
