Team Environment

- Maintain ratios and provide necessary resources for classroom success
Responsibilities
- Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curricula
- Communicate with parents via various means, such as mobile apps and personal discussions
- Engage with other childcare professionals to continue professional growth
Qualifications
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) certification preferred
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Completion of state-required pre-service training
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in managing stressful situations professionally and multitasking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for program facilitation, child safety, and emergency situations (Infant and Young Toddler Teachers may need additional lifting abilities)
- Background check eligibility required
