About the role

The Goddard School of Roseville is seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team. We are a new location dedicated to providing a fresh and inspiring environment for both children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a vibrant and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Implement and adapt Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to meet the needs of individual children
• Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to ensure a supportive and nurturing environment
• Provide high-quality care and education for children from six weeks to six years old

Requirements

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA (Associate or Bachelor of Arts preferred)
• Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting
• Passionate about working with children
• Reliable and punctual
• Creative and enthusiastic
• Willing to present and implement ideas in the classroom
• Patient and positive demeanor
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Authorization to work in the US

Qualifications

• Pass Minnesota background study
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs to facilitate the care of children

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
