Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Mentor and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with state and center standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families, fostering their child's development and contributing to the center's success.

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state and childcare center requirements.
• Physical ability to engage in physical activities with children.

• At least 18 years old.
