Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in a childcare setting.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
- Experience with child safety and health practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
