About the role

Big Blue Marble Academy seeks individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives. The role involves teaching children to celebrate differences and appreciate diversity, fostering a sense of community, and promoting character development.

Responsibilities

• Teach children in a classroom setting using our curriculum guides and classroom management tools.
• Communicate with parents through our parent communication platform on classroom tablets.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and personal growth.
• Nurture relationships with children and colleagues to support their learning and development.
• Engage in Heart Projects to give back to children in need both locally and globally.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Preferred certification in early childhood education or related field.
• Experience with technology and digital tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
