About This Role

Join Kuhl Corner Campus in Lake Mills, WI as a Lead Teacher working with Infant / Toddler (0–2), Preschool (3–5). The role calls for completed early childhood education college credits and offers $18 – $21/Hr to qualified childcare professionals.

The center is looking for Lead Teachers to join our teaching team.

What You'll Do

• Lesson plan creation and implementation.
• Use of positive guidance techniques.
• Build and maintain parent/teacher relationships.
• Evaluate, observe and develop each child's abilities.
• Create a caring community where families feel welcome.

Requirements

• Minimum education requirements:
• - Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field; OR
• - Bachelors degree in any field plus 2 courses in Early Childhood Education or related field; or be willing to complete these 2 courses within your first 6 months of employment (online course options); OR
• - Completion of 60 hours towards a degree in any field, including 30 hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Additional post-employment coursework may be required to work for certain positions.

Kuhl Corner Campus is an exciting learning campus for children six weeks through twelve years of age. Our state the of art facility rests on 3 acres, providing outside experiences ranging from bug hunts to nature discoveries for all ages.

Through the use of Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers & Twos, and The Creative Curriculum for Preschoolers, Kuhl Corner Campus meets and exceeds all of the learning objectives set forth in the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards.
