What You'll Do

• Help create a positive atmosphere where children feel safe, secure, and encouraged
• Establish open and regular communication with parents/guardians
• Support fellow team members to foster a fun learning environment
• Provide a space for children to learn, grow and explore

Requirements

• Be able to pass background checks
• Have a passion for working with children
• Have the ability to assist with the implemented curriculum to foster the love of learning - the directors and/or other staff members will provide support with this while your knowledge grows
• Take CPR/AED training within the first 6 months
• Have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations
• Be able to work Monday - Friday, flexible hours
• Act as a positive role model
