Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical, senior-level, and highly specialized technical roles
- Partner directly with C-suite and VP-level leadership to design organizational structures and workforce planning strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers, and drive systemic improvements across the hiring lifecycle
- Own complex capacity planning, compensation benchmarking, and pipeline forecasting
- Champion our candidate care standards across the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of the health-tech landscape and the ability to effectively source and assess candidates for a variety of roles
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and a strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset and the ability to solve complex recruiting challenges creatively

Skills and Experience
- Executive & Critical Searches: Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our most critical, senior-level, and highly specialized technical roles, acting as the primary closer for top-tier talent
- Strategic Talent Advising: Partner directly with C-suite and VP-level leadership to design organizational structures, advise on market trends, and build long-term, scalable workforce planning strategies
- Mentorship & Capacity Building: Act as a player-coach within the Talent team. Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers, elevate the team's functional baseline, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance
- Process Innovation: Drive systemic improvements across our hiring lifecycle. This includes optimizing our ATS (Ashby), designing robust structured interview frameworks, and establishing best-in-class employer branding campaigns
- Data-Driven Leadership: Own complex capacity planning, compensation benchmarking, and pipeline forecasting. Analyze recruiting metrics and present actionable insights to the executive team
- Candidate Experience at Scale: Champion our obsessive candidate care standards across the entire organization, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values and mission
