About the role

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Go-to-Market hiring, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of GTM functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop talent strategies, proactively source exceptional candidates, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a portfolio of GTM positions from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent communities, and market research to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, talent trends, competitive intelligence, and recruiting best practices.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and thoughtful interview management.
  • Facilitate structured interview processes and guide hiring teams on effective interviewing and selection practices.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and data to drive hiring decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators, Talent Intelligence, Recruiting Operations, HR Business Partners, and Compensation throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruiting activities are compliant with employment laws and company policies.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor newer recruiters and contribute to knowledge sharing across the recruiting organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting direct seller organizations.
  • Experience recruiting within a SaaS or enterprise technology organization.
  • Experience recruiting for one or more of the following functions: Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, or Corporate Functions.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting tools.
  • Passion for leveraging AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Benefits

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $115,100 to $165,450. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
