What You’ll Do

• Service integrated systems including fire alarm, card access, CCTV, networking, and burglar alarm.
• Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide positive reinforcement of programs and initiatives to peers.
• As new products/solutions are introduced, serve as mentor to junior technicians and share learned technical information to improve individual and branch capabilities.

What You’ll Need

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 5-Years: Field experience or equivalent technical service education or certification.
• Minimum of 2 -Years of fire detection and signaling systems experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving history.
• The skills to decipher/design integrated systems in conjunction with local jurisdiction requirements.
• Possess strong technical aptitude.
• Able to engage others through active listening.
• Proficient in company skills and best practices such as safety, use of equipment, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate proficient understanding of the software and programming for the primary manufacturers used by your home branch.
• This includes residential and commercial security, fire alarm systems, testing proper communication with the Central Station, Analog and IP video systems including NVR set-up, software service and VMS programming. Also, access control systems including software service, system programming and user credential programming.
