IHX manages a large, complex portfolio of initiatives spanning systems, customer experience, training, communications, and field enablement. This role provides centralized strategy, structured analysis, and disciplined program management to ensure alignment, prioritization, and consistent delivery across the business.

About the role

Consult with clients on their business needs and goals, leading and executing complex system integration projects to ensure seamless interoperability and optimized performance across current and future software, hardware, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and goals, providing expertise on company or third-party software and hardware products to develop and recommend integration solutions aligned with technical and business requirements.
  • Lead and manage system integration projects from inception to completion, overseeing installation, configuration, deployment, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Advise on the strengths of available hardware and software products, conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems, troubleshoot issues, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and senior internal and external personnel, to gain support for solutions and achieve implementation objectives.
  • Provide expertise in sales and proposal presentations, maintain detailed documentation of integration processes and project progress, and train clients and internal teams on the use and maintenance of integrated systems.

An experienced professional recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification required in some areas.
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week at the posted location(s). No relocation offered.

Pay

Salary range: $116,700.00 – $196,100.00 USD annually. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
