Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of the prototype effort
- Cook up technical activities across all workstreams
- Provide guidance to engineering and software personnel
- Serve as senior technical advisor to the Program Manager
- Oversee system-of-systems integration activities and resolve technical issues
- Support Integrated Master Schedule development and maintenance
- Lead technical validation and interoperability testing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years or Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience
- Proven Systems Engineering leadership of complex DoD programs
- Experience with system-of-systems integration
- Expertise in multi-vendor interoperability and interface management
- Operational test and evaluation experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills with executive leadership

Pay
- $131,300 – $237,350 annually
