Lead Systems Analyst

About the role

Directly responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic direction for the enterprise monitoring, observability, and operational health program. This role establishes governance standards, drives monitoring maturity initiatives, and ensures visibility into the availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of enterprise technology services. The position serves as a key liaison between infrastructure, cloud, application, database, security, and service management teams to deliver proactive operational monitoring and continuous service improvement.

• Assume technical leadership for enterprise monitoring and observability initiatives, providing guidance, standards, and best practices across technology teams.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, operational standards, and monitoring policies to ensure consistent service visibility and alert management throughout the organization.
• Develop enterprise monitoring strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives, operational resiliency goals, infrastructure modernization efforts, and cloud transformation initiatives.
