  • Build, qualify, and mature a capable nuclear supplier base through structured assessments, audits, corrective actions, and risk segmentation.
  • Translate nuclear codes, customer specifications, and quality obligations into practical supply-chain and operational deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training for personnel to reinforce expectations regarding material traceability, supplier qualification, and procurement controls.

  • Ten or more years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, operations, or program management in a regulated industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct authority, driving cross-functional programs and actions to closure.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical requirements and communicate effectively across engineering and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within the nuclear industry, including familiarity with ASME Section III and regulatory flow-downs.
  • Knowledge of nuclear supplier qualification, audits, material traceability, and counterfeit-item prevention.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary

  • Short- and Long-Term Disability
  • Parental Leave
  • Life, Supplemental Life, Child, Spousal, and AD&D Insurance
