What You’ll Do
- Drive RFx and Supplier Selection process with key stakeholders
- Negotiate best-in-class value through thorough cost negotiation
- Closely manage contract negotiations to support a successful transition into production
- Manage business relationships to develop productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to continuously evolve policies and procedures, enhancing organizational value and efficiency
- Travel: 20%
What You Need
- BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, or MBA/MS and 5+ years of experience
- Automotive or Aerospace cost negotiation expertise
- In-depth knowledge of high-volume supply contracts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly-regulated environment
- Strong executive communication and internal/external negotiation skills
- Insatiable curiosity and keen attention to detail
- Solid analytical and computer skills (excel/sheets, word/docs, powerpoint/slides)
Bonus Qualifications
- Training in presentation and communication skills
- APICS Certification

Pay
Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Archer is targeting a base pay range of $130,800 - $155,000.
