About the Role
- Manage day-to-day construction field activities to ensure project milestone dates and overall schedule completion dates are met.
- Review blueprints, customer needs, and contractor submissions to execute appropriate bids.
- Lead construction project planning and develop site logistics.
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Utilize time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain daily and weekly work logs.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Work directly with investors and maintain a professional, client-facing attitude.
- Ensure proper signage and safety requirements are met on the construction job site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience as a construction superintendent for a general contractor.
- OSHA certification (preferred).
- Experience leading ground-up construction projects and managing large teams.
- Mid-rise construction experience, preferably with diverse projects.
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites.
- Working knowledge of field construction systems, practices, safety, procedures, engineering principles, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

Pay
Competitive base salary between $100,000–$130,000 (depending on experience).
