Leading all day-to-day on-site construction operations for a large-scale mixed-use project, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Managing and overseeing Assistant Superintendents, field engineers, and superintendents while providing mentorship and direction to the field team
Coinciding all subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain efficient sequencing, productivity, and site logistics
Enforcing compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and company safety standards
Running daily site meetings and safety briefings while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure job site
Working closely with the Project Manager, ownership, architects, and engineers to proactively resolve field issues
Developing and maintaining look-ahead schedules and ensuring all phasing milestones are achieved
Overseeing quality control efforts, inspections, punch lists, and final turnover
Managing material deliveries, site access, cranes, hoisting, and logistics plans for a complex urban build
Serving as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
Maintaining accurate site documentation including daily reports, progress photos, and inspection records

10+ years of experience in a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent role
Strong experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial projects ($50M-$200M+)
Background in wood-frame, podium, concrete, and/or steel construction
Proven ability to lead large field teams and manage multiple trades simultaneously
Deep understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics for complex urban projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
