About the role

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning through completion
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to address issues and resolve conflicts
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction projects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
