About the role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee multifamily construction projects, starting with our active developments in Sarasota. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from ground-up through completion
• Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, and scheduling
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a strong safety culture
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Lead subcontractor meetings and drive project progress
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction (ground-up required)
• Experience with mid-rise and/or garden-style projects strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedules
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction software (Procore, CMiC, or similar is a plus)
• Stable work history with reputable contractors

Pay

Salary $120k-$135k
