The Lead Superintendent will oversee construction projects in the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role involves managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating with various teams to ensure project success in Lebanon.Client DetailsOffice location: Quincy, MA Team Size: 25Annual Revenue: 105M booked in for the next year and halfProject locations: Greater Boston and New HampshireProjects: Commercial & Residential- Multifamily, Schools, Retail, Restaurants, education centers, etc. New construction, Renos & Tenant Fit outsSells of the business: Currently growing with a very strong pipeline through 2025. Healthy mix of renos and ground up projectsDescriptionManage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress.Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the construction site.Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards.Resolve any construction-related issues that arise during the project.Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status and updates.ProfileA successful Lead Superintendent should have:Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.Proficiency in using construction management software is a plus.Job OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $145,000 USD.Comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan.Permanent position in a thriving industry.
