About the Role
Hiring a Lead Superintendent for a highly recognized multi-family builder looking to bring on a top talent. Large bonuses and best in class benefits offered.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure safety standards are met
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Construction Field superintendent
- Extensive experience with ground up multi-family projects required
- Existing experience building ground up multi-family construction in the state of Massachusetts
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of construction regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
