About the role
As the Lead Street Outreach Case Manager, you will manage the Coordinated Entry system in St. Louis City and County and provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth. You will support the Street Outreach team, develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies, and supervise a group of program staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Familiarity with at-risk youth behaviors and barriers
- Experience working with hard-to-reach or at-risk individuals and families
- Knowledge of how to access community resources (a plus)
- Ability to be CPR certified
- Ability to obtain a Class E Driver's License

Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $43,888 per year.
