About the role
Responsible for ensuring operations of the Food Production Venues and Stewarding associates' performance are in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort policy and procedures and gaming regulations, on an assigned shift.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to two years' experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Maintain a good driving record
- Show strong organizational and interpersonal skills
