Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the installation, inspection, service, and repair of fire sprinkler systems and related fire protection equipment, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee field crews, assign daily tasks, provide technical guidance, and mentor technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NFPA codes, local regulations, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform diagnostics, and oversee repairs to ensure reliable system performance.
  • Review and complete detailed inspection, service, and deficiency reports using inspection software, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain accountability for company tools, equipment, inventory, and service vehicles, ensuring they remain safe, organized, and operational.
  • Cook up with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and internal project teams to manage schedules, resolve issues, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Monitor job site safety, enforce company safety policies, and conduct field inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed, providing leadership and technical expertise to restore systems quickly and effectively.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, material management, and quality control while promoting customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, or both.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET, state licensing) preferred.
  • Familiarity with NFPA codes and applicable fire protection standards.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Dual certification (fire alarm and sprinkler) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with inspection software is an asset.

Posted Salary Range USD $25.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
