Lead Fire Sprinkler Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings. Conduct inspections, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with local fire codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fire sprinkler systems for proper functioning and compliance with local fire codes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, testing, and replacing parts.
• Respond to emergency calls to repair damaged sprinkler systems quickly and efficiently.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with building management and other contractors as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in fire protection or related field.
• Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and local fire codes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
