Lead Fire Sprinkler Technician

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings. Conduct inspections, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fire sprinkler systems for proper functioning and compliance with local building codes.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls to address fire-related issues promptly.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in fire protection or related field.
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment.
• Good physical condition and ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
