Lead Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) | Pediatric Clinic | Bakersfield, CA

About the Role

We are hiring for a well-established pediatric speech therapy practice seeking an experienced Lead Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) who enjoys clinical leadership, mentorship, and helping clinicians provide exceptional patient care. This is not a traditional high-caseload therapy position. Instead, the role focuses heavily on clinical leadership, supervision, evaluations, treatment planning, documentation quality, and mentoring SLPs and SLPAs. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License
• ASHA CCC-SLP
• Minimum two years of licensed SLP experience (3,120 hours) required for SLPA supervision
• California supervision requirements completed
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Pediatric experience preferred

Pay

$65.00-$75.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

Full-Time (30+ hours/week) or Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)
