Alphanumeric is hiring a Pediatric Lead Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to work in Lumberton, NC with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support fellow therapists
• Contribute to operational and clinical initiatives that drive excellence across the organization
• Provide structured opportunities to work both onsite and remotely
• Elevate care standards, improve outcomes, and support children in reaching their fullest potential

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current North Carolina SLP License (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Pediatric therapy experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience mentoring or supervising clinicians preferred
• Passion for collaborative, family-centered care

Schedule

• 2-3 Days Onsite - Pediatric evaluations and treatment, clinical mentorship and team collaboration, leadership responsibilities and quality initiatives
• 2 Days Remote - Telehealth services, clinical supervision, documentation and care planning, strategic projects and leadership development

Pay

Salary range: $72,000 - $85,000 annually
