Lead Solutions Architect

About the role

Lead a team of solutions architects to design, implement, and optimize complex security solutions for clients. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior architects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for security solutions.
• Train and mentor junior architects in advanced security architecture techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in security architecture and implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality security solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based security solutions and platforms.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption methods, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
