Lead Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project governance structure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Cook up project activities across business, laboratory, regulatory, and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and governance reviews.
• Monitor sprint progress and delivery performance.
• Ensure timely completion and acceptance of project deliverables.
• Escalate critical issues and drive resolution.
• Support deployment, transition, and project closure activities.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and communications.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT and data transformation programs.
• Experience delivering Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery projects.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience managing regulatory, reporting, analytics, or laboratory transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries preferred.

Optional Skills

• Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP).
• Hightly Desirable: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
• Preferred Compliance Certifications: GxP Fundamentals Training, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Computer System Validation (CSV) Awareness, Data Integrity (ALCOA+), Training, ISO 9001 Quality Management Awareness, ITIL Foundation.
