We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes "Who You Will Work With", "What You Will Do", "What You Will Bring", "Why join us?" etc. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only those that have content. We have responsibilities (What You Will Do). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What You Will Bring). Benefits (Why join us?). No explicit Pay or Schedule. So we omit Pay and Schedule. Also maybe "About the role" could be the initial description? The description includes "If you want to shape the future of energy, we are looking for a Lead Solar Technician..." That's about the role. We'll put that in

About the role

with a paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We'll need to condense but not lose detail. Must preserve all substantive information; we cannot summarize away detail. That's tricky: we must keep all details but can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we cannot omit details, but we can rephrase? Probably we should keep the content but can format as lists. We must not lose any detail. So we need to include all points from the description. We'll create sections: About the role: paragraph summarizing the role (the initial paragraph). Might need to include the sentence about shaping future of energy, Lead Solar Technician, O&M team. Responsibilities: list from "Who You Will Work With" and "What You Will Do". Combine. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: from "What You Will Bring". Could split into Requirements (experience, education), Qualifications (certifications), Skills (technical skills). But we can combine into one section Requirements if we want fewer sections. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (covering experience, education, certifications, skills), Benefits. We must not create Pay or Schedule. We need to ensure we include all details: list of equipment, supervisory duties, daily scheduling, etc. Also list of tasks: adherence to values, leadership, execute daily scheduling, installs/tests/maintains/troubleshoots, calculations, reports, LOTO/JSA, improvement opportunities, data collection, balance of plant, training facilitation, gather info, diagnose/recommend/implement solutions, safety role model, administrative duties, identify gaps, risk mitigation, demonstrate integrity, read schematics, review checklists, support regional maintenance, QA/QC, technical support, HSEQ compliance, SAP inventory removal, assist BOP, OJT, training completion, etc. Also "What You Will Bring": 5+ years renewable or 3+ years + Associates/Tech School or BS + 6 months experience, supervisory experience, attention to detail, ability to use test equipment, IR Certificate Level 1 a plus, strong knowledge electrical theory, comparing, copying, calculating, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, communicating, instructing, interpersonal skills, valid driver's license with clean record (details), proficiency MS Office, SQL Server, facility management, diagnostic tools, familiarity with maintenance/electronic testing equipment, experience with industrial O&M, ability to travel up to 25%, work overtime holidays weekends short notice, respond to site emergencies 24/7, exposure to hot/cold, energized electrical, rotating equipment. Benefits: healthcare, life insurance, disability, retirement, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, professional development allowance, effective day one, 401k with match fully vested day one, match 100% first 4% up to IRS limits, generous PTO: 4 weeks vacation plus personal days, volunteer days, birthday off, paid holidays, sick time, proration first year, paid leave programs, career growth, mentorship, work for recognizable brand, sustainability mission. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, accessibility, selection process, notice to recruiters, Who We Are (maybe some of that is substantive? It's about company description; could be considered part of "About the role"? But it's more about company. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Who We Are" section is not boilerplate but is company description; could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to include as part of About the role? However it's lengthy. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that too. But we must not create sections that are not specified. We could add another section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are only those listed. So we must fit company description into existing sections, maybe About the role. That seems appropriate: About the role can include company overview. Thus we will put company description in About the role paragraph. We must not include the "Notice to Recruiters & Staffing Agencies" etc. That's boilerplate/application instructions; remove. We must not include "Accessibility – If you require accessibility assistance..." etc. Remove. We must not include "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and the Selection Process" etc. Remove. We must not include "Enel North America is committed to providing a fair and transparent hiring process..." etc. Remove. We must not include "We will never ask you to pay money..." etc. Remove. We must not include "Enel North America will not accept unsolicited resumes..." etc. Remove. We must not include "Who We Are" maybe we can keep as part of About the role. Now craft HTML. We'll use
