Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor developers.
- Develop applications using Java, React 18, and JavaScript.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with SQL Server, including query development and optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
- Analyze requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and timely delivery.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java.
- Strong experience with React 18 and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
- Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, clean code, and application architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
