Responsibilitie s: Design, develop, and deploy AI voice solutions addressing complex business challenges responsiblyIntegrate and fine-tune various Large Language Models to improve voice bot capabilitiesArchitect and maintain scalable cloud-based services and APIs for real-time voice interactionsUtilize enterprise AI tools to automate development tasks and enhance engineering workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to convert user needs into technical specificationsEvaluate trends in conversational AI and LLM technologies to guide solution designMonitor and optimize voice bot performance for query accuracy and routing efficie ncy 4. Requireme nts: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years programming and software development life-cycle experienceAt least 3 years experience in web service API developmentAt least 3 years experience with Python developmentMinimum 2 years experience optimizing and evaluating production-level LLM applicationsAbility to work independently with minimal superv ision Preferred Qualifica tions: Extensive experience with DevOps and CI/CD standardsExperience with cloud or distributed architecture design p atterns 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary range: $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employmentCompensation includes incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to el igibility 6.
