About the Opportunity

The Lead Software Engineer role involves developing AI-powered voice solutions that improve patient experiences using conversational AI technologies. This position focuses on building and deploying intelligent agents using large language models to address complex healthcare challenges. The role contributes to innovation in health-related AI applications and supports scalable, real-time voice interaction services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI voice solutions addressing complex business challenges responsibly
• Integrate and fine-tune various Large Language Models to improve voice bot capabilities
• Architect and maintain scalable cloud-based services and APIs for real-time voice interactions
• Utilize enterprise AI tools to automate development tasks and enhance engineering workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert user needs into technical specifications
• Evaluate trends in conversational AI and LLM technologies to guide solution design
• Monitor and optimize voice bot performance for query accuracy and routing efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years programming and software development life-cycle experience
• At least 3 years experience in web service API development
• At least 3 years experience with Python development
• Minimum 2 years experience optimizing and evaluating production-level LLM applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with DevOps and CI/CD standards
• Experience with cloud or distributed architecture design patterns

Pay

Salary range: $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. Compensation includes incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility.
