About the role

Lead a team in developing innovative software solutions using Azure technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based applications using Azure services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including testing, documentation, and continuous integration.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, contributing to their professional growth and skill development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and software engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server or MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
