About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, delivery, and support for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms
- Direct web application development using .NET, ReactJS, Angular, and associated technologies
- Oversee ITSM platform workflows and continuous improvement in service management processes
- Design and support enterprise application integrations across multiple systems
- Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore engineering teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver capabilities
- Drive standards in engineering practices with Agile and SDLC methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms
- Strong experience in full-stack technologies: .NET, ReactJS, Angular, and Kentico
- Working knowledge of ITSM platforms, specifically Zoho ServiceDesk Plus
- Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs, ensuring system connectivity
- Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in using AI-enabled development tools and coding assistants

Pay
$120,000 – $145,000 annually
