This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, delivery, and support for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms
• Direct web application development using .NET, ReactJS, Angular, and associated technologies
• Oversee ITSM platform workflows and continuous improvement in service management processes
• Design and support enterprise application integrations across multiple systems
• Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore engineering teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver capabilities
• Drive standards in engineering practices with Agile and SDLC methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms
• Strong experience in full-stack technologies: .NET, ReactJS, Angular, and Kentico
• Working knowledge of ITSM platforms, specifically Zoho ServiceDesk Plus
• Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs, ensuring system connectivity
• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in using AI-enabled development tools and coding assistants

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
