About the role
- Develop and maintain software solutions using cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement software solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes
- Guide junior engineers in best practices and mentorship
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable software systems
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure high-quality standards through rigorous testing and debugging
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Skills
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of security principles and practices
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices
