Lead SOC Operator

Securitas Security Services is seeking an experienced Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to support security operations in a high-end corporate environment. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in access control, badging, CCTV, and security technology who can confidently manage multiple systems while providing a high level of customer service and professionalism. The Lead SOC Operator will play an important role in monitoring and supporting the overall security of the facility. This includes managing access control and badging systems, monitoring CCTV, responding to alarms and security events, maintaining accurate records, and using data to support day-to-day security operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and badging systemsManage and maintain employee and visitor access credentials and badging activitiesMonitor security cameras and respond appropriately to suspicious activity or security eventsRespond to alarms and security system notifications in accordance with established proceduresMonitor and manage access control throughout the facilityMaintain accurate security records, logs, reports, and documentationUtilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications for reporting, tracking, data management, and daily operationsPrepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other operational documentationReview security information and identify trends, discrepancies, or areas requiring attentionCommunicate effectively with security personnel, client representatives, employees, and other stakeholdersSupport the implementation and enforcement of site-specific security proceduresAssist with security investigations and incident documentation as neededMaintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive security and employee informationProvide guidance and support to Security Officers and SOC personnel as neededEscalate security concerns, system issues, and incidents appropriatelyPerform other duties related to security operations as assigned What We’re Looking For Previous experience with access control systems Previous badging experience Previous CCTV experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, OutlookRisk management experience preferredExperience with C-CURE or similar access control platforms preferredExperience with Everbridge or similar emergency notification/incident management platforms preferredAbility to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting Benefits You Receive Working With Us Advancement opportunities – Securitas always strives to promote from within!Health, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company matchCollege Certificate ProgramsVacation PayFree UniformsWeekly PaychecksDiscounts on Cell Phone Plans, Automobile Companies, Appliances, Travel, and more We Help Make Your World a Safer Place Securitas is a global company that offers advanced and sustainable security solutions.
