Lead Simulation Engineer
About the role
The Lead Simulation Engineer will oversee the development and implementation of advanced simulation models to support product design and testing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of complex simulation models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Perform simulations to validate product performance under various conditions
- Develop and maintain documentation for simulation processes and results
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in simulation engineering
- Proficiency in industry-standard simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications
- Experience with multi-physics simulation techniques
- Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
