About the role

The Lead Service Specialist oversees the copy/print/mail center and assists the Supervisor or Manager in managing the workflow of the Service Specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Provide document production services including accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions
  • Elevated - "concierge style" - hospitality support for conference rooms, lounges, breakrooms and other comfort areas of the office
  • Provide mail services including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
  • Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked
  • Resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged packages, untimely deliveries
  • Aid management with training new hires on all processes
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned which may include facilities, reception backup and hospitality services

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a professional office services or customer service environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

Pay

The Compensation range for this role is up to $25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Scheduled hours of 9:00a.m to 6:00p.m Monday to Friday with ability to flex schedule on a limited basis for client needs.
