Job Description

Lead Service Associates provide package handling, inventory control, and shipping services to customers in various industries such as retail, technology, aerospace, and more. They deliver speed, consistency, flexibility, and visibility to clients through a customer-first approach.

  • Captures all warehouse activities and performance with coordination to the supervisor.
  • Lifts up to 70 lbs and utilizes various MHE including pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, high-lift reach trucks, and order pickers up to 28 feet.
  • Uses RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
  • Performs tasks with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Utilizes a WMS to manage all warehouse activities including outbound, inbound, and inventory control.
  • Achieves transaction accuracy, safety, and quality compliance.

Requirements

The ability to lift up to 70 lbs, utilize various MHE, use RF scanners, and utilize a WMS are essential. Legal right to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a background check is mandatory. Excellent weekly pay is offered, along with a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage after a waiting period. Additional benefits include:

  • Advanced skills typically gained through training and considerable on-the-job experience.
  • Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal support groups.
  • Manages daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procurement, inventory management, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability, etc.
  • Performs financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and creating annual business plans.
  • Retains and strengthens customer relationships through face-to-face interactions and recommendations for improvement.
  • Supports field stocking locations, agent locations, and the provider network.

Skills

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, operate various MHE, use RF scanners, and utilize a WMS. Requires legal right to work in the U.S. and successful completion of a background check.
