Lead Server – Dining Services

About the role

The Lead Dining Server supports daily dining operations in a senior living environment, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality standards. They provide table service according to established guidelines, assist residents with menu choices, and take accurate meal orders. The role involves maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, supporting special events, and ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Train and support new servers in service procedures
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum
• Assist with dining room setup, reset, and cleanliness
• Support Bistro operations and special events
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
