Lead Server/Dining Room Manager for Assisted Living Facility

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and abilities.
• Become the liaison between the kitchen and the front of the house.
• Aid in recruiting, training, and development programs for all staff.
• Maintain employee dress code.
• Perform dining room opening and closing duties, and ensure all servers are trained to perform.
• Attend management and staff meetings.
• Interact with Residents by answering questions, solving problems, overseeing services, taking reservations, and introducing himself or herself to prospective Residents on tours.
• Take on special projects as requested.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to Resident complaints.
• Organize and supervise Front of the House team member shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a lead server or similar role in high volume atmosphere for a minimum of 2 years.
• Proven customer service training experience.
• Experience Management: 1 year (Required)
• Restaurant or Hospitality industry: 2 years (Preferred)
