Assisted Living Dining Room Supervisor

About the role

The Assisted Living Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring that meals are served promptly and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and serving of meals to residents in an assisted living facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
• Ensure adherence to dietary guidelines and special meal requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and family members regarding meal times and dietary needs.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.
• Document resident meal preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
