What You'll Do
- Responsible for organization set-up and closing of dining venues
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and functions
- Assist in the interviewing process of applicants and training of new team members
- Ensure meal orders are correct, delivered and/or picked up on time
- Plan Meal service assignments/sections/ tables for servers
- Aids in maintaining point-of-sales and digital display systems within all venues throughout Independent Living
- Maintain polite and courteous disposition with residents and staff
What You'll Need
- 3-5 Years of hospitality experience
- Dining experience in a retirement community, restaurant or hotel (preferred)
- High School or GED Equivalent (Required)
Compensation
$19.50 - $21.00 per hour, plus our comprehensive benefits package!
