Lead Server AM

About the Role

In this role you will provide quick, efficient and pleasant service of food and beverage to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.
• Actively buss and reset tables.
• Deliver food to residents’ rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary condition of work areas, dishware, and equipment.
• Manage servers and utility workers as needed.

Requirements

• No experience required, but previous Food Service experience is a plus.
• Serv Safe or other required local, county or state certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
• Pride in the quality and presentation of food and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Patience and ability to effectively communicate with many different types of personalities.
