Lead Server AM

About the Role

In this role you will provide quick, efficient and pleasant service of food and beverage to residents and guests. You will embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen, and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner.
• Actively buss and reset tables.
• Deliver food to residents’ rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary condition of work areas, dishware, and equipment.
• Manage servers and utility workers as needed.

Requirements

• No experience required, but previous food service experience is a plus.
• ServSafe or other required local, county, or state certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
• Pride in the quality and presentation of food and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Generous amount of patience and ability to effectively communicate with diverse personalities.
