Lead Selector 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Order sorting and prioritizing shipments
• Assign selectors to daily tasks
• Responsible for training new associates
• Controls ship complete board
• Collaborates with customer service to determine order of shipments
• Answers selecting questions from associates

Skills

• Keen memory regarding warehouse layout and inventory levels
• Computer familiarity with ERP (Macola)
• Close attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Strict attention to safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Punctual and able to adhere to attendance policy

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial facility (preferred)
