2nd Shift Selector

Responsibilities

• Select orders to pallets using a rider pallet jack.
• Maintain a minimum company pick standard of 135cs./hr. consistently.
• Work in a team atmosphere and willing to help in other areas as business dictates.
• Perform housekeeping duties nightly after the pick is complete.

Schedule & Compensation

• Second Shift Monday through Friday 3:00pm to finish.
• Overtime is required as business dictates.
• The starting rate is $20.00/hour.
• Performance bonus up to an additional $5.00/hour based on productivity and accuracy.
• Full Time
• Overtime required as business dictates.

Physical Requirements

• Ensure products are being selected and moved to the correct locations.
• Keep pace with equipment and machinery to prevent a slowing in workflow while achieving the 135 minimum requirement of cases/shift.
• Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 125 pounds.

Qualifications

• Able to perform in a production measured environment where accuracy is essential.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate a riding pallet jack in a safe manner required.
• Must be a team player.
• All hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check. Ongoing screens required.

Experience

• Electric pallet jack: 3 years (Required)
