Lead Scheduling Specialist

Full-time, day shift (100% FTE) – Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm or 8:30 am–5:00 pm (hours vary based on clinic staffing needs). No weekends or holidays.

Pay

Requirements

• Associate degree with an emphasis on healthcare (preferred)
• At least three years of experience scheduling outpatient testing (required)
• At least two years of customer-service experience (required)
• At least two years of customer-service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical-claims insurance (preferred)
• Previous computer experience (required)
